A tool and container image to map incoming Mattermost and Slack webhooks to notifications using https://ntfy.sh and self hosted instances of it.

This project has been initially intended to connect the project management software Redmine to a local ntfy.sh instance to provide Issue and Wiki updates
without using emails. My expertise is not programming in Ruby and Redmine already has a messenger plugin to send out updates to mattermost and slack using incoming webhooks.
Therefore, I wrote a small webservice which accepts incoming mattermost/ slack webhhoks, parses the information, and publishes the payload to a ntfy.sh instance.
